Tim joined Shape Finance at inception in 2021, having previously spent 10 years with a local sales agent working with many large international manufacturers. Tim has a strong background in account management and knows how to drive a business to its optimal performance. He is passionate about growing businesses with a key focus on the customer experience. With a strong ability to connect with people, Tim will always put his customers’ needs at the forefront of his dealings.

Away from the office, Tim enjoys spending time with family and friends, getting outdoors to go camping/fishing, as well as getting along to a game of footy.
